6th Day of ITP

Yeah... Finally, reach the first week of ITP. Whaaaa.......so tired. Saturday also must call. Somemore is 8 am. Some company dun open on Sat or start so early.
While waiting for the other stack to come, we help one another to complete the last of 'A' stack.
That's all.
Then after work, all go home and have fun. Haha. I bought my fishing equipment at Bugis.

5th Day of ITP

Today, I make sure I come out earlier than you. Dun wanna make a girl keep waiting. Felt so bad.
Today, we did nth but calling, calling, and more calling.

4th Day of ITP

I really felt sorry to have left you all by yourself to go to work. Make you come to work late.
After yesterday briefing, we started calling all the companies for their website and email address. We use a listed company name for this assignment. This listed company is doing a survey on internet usage. Before the start of the day, we are call to the conference room. We are ask to sort the companies into catergory. Most of the staff heard this and they refuse all our calls. After a few calls, time fly very fast when we are calling, at least faster than the last few days.
After lunch, we continue our calling. We try our best to call out as many calls as possible. There are a whole stack of companies and only the company name that starts with an 'A'. There are 3000+ of company that start with an 'A'.
Before we leave the company, we are gather at the conference room once again. Angeline told us the result of our calls. She also ask us to write down the difficulties that we face when we call them. Luckily, half of the calls we call are successful.

3rd Day of ITP

This morning, Mr Mhmd call all the six of us to do some 'cheap labour'. We are ask to carry chairs and tables, arrange in order for some trainees. We help out for the whole morning.
After lunch, we went back to our desk and call up all the manufacturing company.
Before the end of the day, she call us to the conference room and told us that we need not do the calling up for the manufacturing company. She gave us a new assignment and that is to call up company and ask them for their company website. She told us that the three girls from TP use to make a trip down to the office to survey the company, but now we need to call only.

2nd Day of ITP

Today, we continue the job we did yesterday. After that, we got our 2nd assignment, that is checking contracts to see which company advertise in the Prime Position. Wat is Prime Position? Prime Position is any advertisement that falls at the baseline, an colour advertisement (FPC), Tags, etc. They gave the list of company's contract by alphabetical order. Any company which has advertise in the Prime Position, Oversea company or Contra contract, we need to photocopy the contract. We need to write down the contract number of the company.
After we check through the files once, and then we are send to the conference room once again. This time, there is another new assignment by another department. Shawn brief us on the assignment. The assignment is about calling company up and check if they are manufacturing company. The objective is to target a specific audience and that is the manufacturing company. We are given a calling guide to help us. He told us what information we need to get from the company. There is a lot of problem when we start to call. We encounter lots of rejection, scolding, no dialing tones, etc. After 5.30 pm, most of the staff in the company has already knock off.

1st Day of ITP

Today is the first day of my ITP. There are altogether 10 of us working for the Green Book. For the first few hours, Mr Mohd told us why the yellow pages are afraid of them. He try to convince us that Green Book is much better then yellow pages. He show some of the pictures that shows evidence that yellow pages are really afraid of them. He also try to convince us that when you want to advertise your company, the first thing that comes to your mind is the directories. The Green book is quite well know in the industry area. The 'buying guide' book is just 3 years old and still developing.
After the briefing, we went to hear our first assignment. Our first assignment is to confirm the company address and fax. They gave us some calling guide.
After our lunch, we went back to the company and went to dial phones. We have difficulty dialing the phone numbers. After some time, they called us to the conference room. She told us that she got two police phone call asking her who call them. She no longer ask us to dial the no. 9, because of this and ashe can't receive any calls. They gave us each an individual number to dial as their company has only 20 lines. After she assigned the numbers for us to dial, we try and it is faster.
They gave us 25 pages each with 3 contacts per page. On the front of the paper they gave, there is a task that writes you have to finish 140 calls per day. But the first day, they didn't expect us to call so much since we start so late. Calling up every company is quite anxious and nervous to me.
Today, before we left the company, we write down how much contact we have left.

Just a happy day to remember

Dun know y I felt so happy and excited this morning. Two of my secondary friends ask me to go fishing and barberque wif them. We planed this last nite, discussing the stuff needed and organise accordingly. Before the day we went fishing, Siang Liang told me about all the stories about Keng Soon organizing 'fishing trip'. He asked a few of his friends to come, and in the end is just the two of them fishing. He is still the same, even if he plan, he never plan properly. When we went to buy the foods for the barberque, Keng Soon put in all the stuff needed without thinking. Haha. I dun know wat to say. He told us that his budget is $50, but then he like spending money like water.
When we went there, Siang Liang and I started to fish, while Keng Soon when to pick up his freinds. We talk about lot of stuffs since we haven't met for more than 2 yrs. They haven't change a lot, still the same character. There is so much stuff to catch up wif them. Siang Liang also teach me how to cast. When I tried, it is really simple. After a few casting, my hand hurts, cause I haven't exercise for quite a while.
After the barberque, Keng Soon friends went home. He forget to ask them to pay for the barberque money. He is kind to give away the fish Siang Liang has capture.
I dun know how to end this.

Free Time

Haha. Time to write some crap.
Most of my free time is on my laptop and go online. Listen to songs, chat. Else sit at the sofa and watch tv. Watch korean drama. Haha. Everytime feel like crying. Even listening to songs.
I got no hobbies. All I got is one hamster. When sometimes I am free, I will chat with it, take pics of it, feed it with all sorts of food.
Sometimes play around with Flash or PhotoShop. Draw or sketch metalic designs, sort of symbols.
Most stupidest thing ever done during my free time is stitching, girly. = X

My Sister

I don't have a sister in my family, but I treat one of my friend as one.
About her: Hmmm.... I think she is s bit blur. Younger than mi. She is an understanding person. She likes to sleep alot like a sleeping beauty. =X She is always smiling, never see her sad. She likes to keep everything to herself. Especially all unhappiness. She thinks a lot, I mean sometimes a lot of stuff is in her mind. What she hates? Hmmm... She hates milk.
I share all my troubles wif her, almost all...=) But then if she have troubles, she also won't tell mi.
I really care for her and hope everything will go according to her.
Wish alll your dreamz will come true !!! And dun think so much le !!

A Funny Incident

I find this so cool.
I found a guy in my school that has the same surname, same age and sex and the same birth date as me. He is also studying the same course as I. Yah. Some people jokes around that we are twin brothers, but we r from two different countries .... = P
What is the chance of finding a person that has many common info as you.

Friends that I nvr forget

Friends, Close friends.......

Rong Ming, Din, Hazel, Anizah. These are my four best friend.

Rong Ming and Din. I often hang out with them. They were the first group of friends that I hang out with. They are funny cause everytime I went out with them, I laugh a lot. We did our assignment together, stay over at each other house, watch movies. Everytime I am with them, they like to tease me as if they regard me as a kid. Sometimes I just treat it as a joke. I am quite a serious person so I really feel uncomfortable when going out with them. I know that I don't really understand a lot of stuff around me, the country I live in, the people around me and even their conversation. To me, I think they are quite childish. I am not a kid anymore, I just need to explore the world outside.
As time pass by, we seldom contact one another. Rong Ming has Hazel and the rest of his outside friends. Din has to work. As for me, I don't even have any secondary school friends to contact. Now, not even Poly.......
I know that sometimes I really irritate you guys a lot. Shout at you guys, ignoring you guys.
When I have some unclear thoughts or doubts, I don't dare to talk to you guys because you guys wold think it is lame or sth like that.
I just wanted to let u guys know how I felt, thats all. U guys are still my friends.

Life is very important? If not, then please tell me what is important? I don't know why I write this down.
Most of my friends like to say life sucks. How I know? From their msn nicks. I don't know how they know if their life is really like that. What bad luck they have, so many complains by them. Can't they make their life easier. Does this make their life better? Or feel any better? I was born in Malaysia and now living in Singapore. In Malaysia, life there is very peaceful. Every where you go, friends gather together to go out. The pay there is much more lower than in Singapore. The place is also not as clean as Singapore. They should conplain about the life they have there, right? In Singapore, there is no natural disaster, live in a green city, very good security to prevent from terrorist, etc. Isn't life good enough? Moreover, you guys still have friends to hang out. I stay at home everyday.
Whether you hate your own life or not, you still have to live with it. You have one and only life. You can say all you want but then try thinking about people in other countries like Africa, India, etc. Is their life better than yours? They didn't say anything like that, neither do they mind their hard life.
Life. Is it short? Is it long? Do you know how long u live? Cherish everyday, do every thing u wan. Have a life style of ur own. We cant control the life we have, nor how long we live. Unless u do sth that is harmful to ur body like smoking.
If you really hate your life so much, wouldn't it be better to die?
Next time try to courage yourself rather say anything dumb.

In my school life, I dislike to look at girls. I do not even dare to look into a girl face or speak with them even if I known them for a few years. Every time I sit beside a girl, I just felt very uncomfortable.

The first time I look at her, I don't know why I felt that I need to know her more. This is the first time I notice a girl so much.

She has long hair... Perhaps I like gals with long hair ba. Seldom wear her specs.

Everyday I keep thinking of the girl, couldn't concentrate on what I am doing. That year on my birthday, I ask my friend for her hp no.. I manage to get every communication I can use to communicate with her. I am only able to chat online with her only, she does not go online often. Everyday looking at the plain computer screen waiting for her to come online. Feel kind of sick. When she ask me to help her, I will try everything to help her. She just regard me as a friend, a school mate. Try asking her out a few times, get rejected. Wanted to forget her, but every semester get to see her in some classes. During the class with her, I always try to glance at her. Nvr get a chance to sit beside u, do assignment with u, talk to u...
Caught her sleeping in the class..

I started to change. I am able to talk with girls more than my old self. But think too much of her. Cant stop thinking of her. Silly enough. Only see her appearence but nvr see her inner self.
